I am rating 5 star as this is the most evidence based probiotic I have found with all the necessary strands, and from a reputable seller. I researched the strands MYSELF, not just trusting that this is the best one just because it says that it is. (But spoiler alert - it is!)

I like that it comes in an amber glass bottle but this is not a necessity for me, and it drives the cost up. I take many other supplements and they are all in plastic bottles. I try to avoid eating out of plastic/reheating anything in plastic/plastic coated cups but since this product stays cool I am not worried about it. Mentioned this as glass is really important for some people.

Finally - I believe in this product based on evidence/research. I started taking this probiotic about 3 weeks ago to help me test negative for Strep B during pregnancy and have the best flora possible to transfer to my baby upon birth, either via vaginal delivery or vaginal swab if caesarian is necessary. I have yet to be tested for Strep B. If I do test positive for Strep B during pregnancy, I will continue to take this as I believe that it can go away in time for delivery. I would like to avoid taking antibiotics during pregnancy which I believe wipes out gut biome, decreasing immunity for both mom and baby. If I test negative for Strep B I will still take this up until delivery to encourage my flora to be healthy.
