Okay, the pill is a little large, but the fact that it's only ONE per day is amazing!! The other prenatals I have tried are 4-8 pills a day...I just couldn't do it. But these being just one AND organic....such a treat!

I am very happy with this prenatal! I trust the Mama Natural brand, and my experience taking the prenatal was that my morning sickness significantly decreased at the time I began taking it (8 or 9 weeks). Of course, it is impossible to determine if this was a case of correlation or causation. Regardless, I have found the prenatal to cause no digestive issues or constipation, as iron-containing products sometimes can.

I have tried many different prenatal vitamins over the last decade and this is the only 1-a-day organic vitamin with all necessary nutrients. It is a bit larger, but not huge. It doesn’t cause nausea or upset my stomach. I love all the organic food blend extras as well. I’ve been using them for over a year now and will continue to support this wonderful small business.
