My husband and I enjoyed this birth course, especially for its flexibility. We were able to do it on our own time! I am a nurse who works in the OR, and at our hospital we do the cesarean sections (which I ultimately wanted to avoid!) The class gave us the right tools to make a plan and make my labor go as smooth and to our wants as it possibly could. I wanted a natural birth experience for myself and for my child!

Highly recommend this course for anyone prepping to give birth. I found it very neutral, trying to present data to help you make informed decisions about your birth plan and birth. Watch with your partner. It helps you see what labor actually looks like, what to expect, when intervention may be necessary and what your options are in that moment. It made me feel like the driver of my own birth even though it was an emergency c-section for my first and 2 VBACs for Baby # 2&3. Can’t recommend this enough.

I have had two C-sections and then a vaginal delivery and you can too! I am so confident from having my last baby without an epidural and just a whiff of Pitocin that I would do it again! Natural birth was so amazing! I highly recommend taking this course and if you can have a doula to help with birth too!
