This course was exactly what I needed heading into my 2nd birth. I had so many regrets with my first birth experience and it was all because there was just so much I didn’t know. This course is amazing to not only educate about the birth process, but also prepare for birth throughout your whole pregnancy and know how to make confident, informed decisions if complications or problems do arise. My husband felt so confident and empowered to come along side me in the process and to know that he really did know both me and what was happening so that he could help through the transitions of birth. It helped me have a very healing birth with my second and I loved it so much I’m going over the course again as I prepare for my third! Plus super convenient to watch the classes at your own pace in your own home. The example videos of real mama’s birth stories were so encouraging. Highly recommend!!

This course gave me the confidence to navigate something I had never done in such a convenient way (very few in-person options existed and all were over an hour's drive!) PLUS it aligned with my core values of wanting to approach the entire birth experience naturally. I was EMPOWERED to handle our birth experience! Even though it was different than planned I had the tools needed to face it (thank you for the visual birth plan!!! SUPER helpful)
