Provides so much peace + confidence for however your birth goes.

Let me start by saying I recommend this for any and every expecting mom. My dream natural birth didn't go as planned (due to a cyst they found), and I ended up giving birth in a hospital bed, after being induced, epidural, and almost needing a c-section. Even though I went through this course to feel prepared for a natural birth, it ended up being the big thing that helped me be okay with the emotions of such a change of plan. To trust the process and trust my body. And it definitely helped all through my many hours of labor before i ended up being told I 'need' the epidural, to where the doctor told my husband "we have never seen anyone so calm and present through contractions"... Now I'm about to go through this course a second time for what is *hopefully* an all-natural home birth of my second baby boy. Whatever your birth plan is, or however it ends up going, this course will prepare you. Thank you for this course.
