I signed up for this course with my first pregnancy during the pandemic when in person classes were few and far in between. It ended up being a great fit for me because it does a great job of going through all the interventions that can be recommended by providers. As a labor and delivery nurse I was aware of all these interventions but became better at advocating for myself and my patients for understanding the cascade of interventions and how they may interfere with their/my ideal birth. My husband was a huge support during my pregnancy and delivery and I think it’s partly due to how we were able to hear from moms as well their partners throughout the course. I recommend this for any woman looking to be informed about her options in her delivery setting!

Mama Natural has been an amazing resource for us as first time parents and soon-to-be second time parents. It started with the Mama Natural book, which I read week to week, and I knew the course was the way to go. We wound up taking the Baby course too! Mama Natural is awesome

There are so many things that an expecting mom needs to learn. The Mama Natural course made it very easy to understand the flow of how things could take place. Definitely worth it!
