This is the first collogen powder that I feel gave me actual results. My nails are growing faster and stronger after only a few months.

I’ve used several different types of collagen. This one is probably the best mixes well in hot liquids mixes in cold liquids as well. I did try mixing in like applesauce and cottage cheese. It did not mix well so don’t recommend that but great for smoothies coffee tea.
